We at Prime Info Services have been providing entrepreneurs with Technology, Trade, Market and Project Information over many years. In that time we have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge. We crafted this FAQ page to answer many of the frequently asked questions we were asked along the way.

Q: I have paid for a database using PayPal what happens next?
A: You will get an email with a link to download a zipped folder.  The Zip file contains all the data that you have ordered.  Now you have access to the information right away.

Q: Can I get a hard copy? Or database in flash drive, CD ROM?
A: Hard Copy will be voluminous and expensive to ship.  The flash drive is not good option for shipment. We can ship you a CD ROM with all the files for an additional fee.

Q: What is the cost of shipping the CD ROM?
A:  An additional fee of USD 50 is charged for the CD ROM delivery.

Q: What if I need more information than the data given in the database?
A: You can email the details of additional data you need. If the data are available with us, we quote additional fees and deliver once the payment is received. If the data is not available with us, we shall inform you of other sources where such data may be available, you can pursue and buy such data directly from the data source, if interested.

Q: What happens if the data received in CD ROM is corrupted in transit or the download link is not working?
A:  You need to return the spoiled disk at your cost and we will mail a replacement CD ROM disk free. We highly recommend you make a copy of the disk or backup the downloaded files for future use.  We can also resend the download link if you are unable to access.
Q: Is my fee refundable?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our products. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before you buy.
